Experience the mystical sounds of the ocean, dolphins & whales, combined with the healing & calming vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls and other instruments. After gentle yogic movement and breathing practice, participants will then lie face up in Shivasana to experience the peaceful, healing sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, bells and other sacred instruments to create a space for the mind and body to enter a deep state of meditation and healing. 35 Register at Studio IPF.
