SUNDAY SOUND HEALING AT STUDIO IPF
Experience deep peace and healing from sound healing instruments, sacred music and guided meditation on a special Sunday every month. This relaxing and healing experience starts with gentle stretching to prepare the body for the sound. Participants then lie face up in Shavasana to experience the healing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, bells, auto harp and other sacred instruments. Each event is set to a different theme:

• SUN JUN 2 (4:00-5:30 PM), Studio IPF, Courtenay: Journey to the Himalayas:  Experience the profound energy of the majestic Himalayas through meditation and sound. After gentle stretching and warming up, Michelle will lead the group in a powerful yogic mudra meditation that originated in the Himalayas. Participants will then lie face up in Shivasana and experience music from the Himalayas combined with the sacred sounds of gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, bells and other sacred instruments. The combination of the sounds allows for the mind and body to enter into a deep state of meditation and healing. $35 Register at Studio IPF.
