Each new year brings new energies and the potential for reaching new perspectives that can lead to greater joy and happiness. In this special sound healing for the 2026 new year, Michelle will talk about some of the collective energies for 2026 as understood through numerology and astrology. Class participants will then experience a kundalini yoga kriya (series of movements) that will clear blockages in each of the chakras and prepare the energy system for the sound healing. Participants will then lie face up in Shivasana to experience the peaceful, healing sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, bells and other sacred instruments that will restore balance in the nervous system and brighten the energy system for the year ahead.
